It is most important for one to be self-motivated and to have determination to achieve success in any company.
One should not surrender his/her dreams to fateful limitations. It should be kept in mind that, every time he/she fail, it’s gravity but he/she has the capability to attain the escape velocity. Working without determination is like journey without destination.

Although the extreme is dangerous, confidence can move
mountains and intelligence give it a rare combination to come over any
obstacles.
Being intelligent it does not mean that one knows
everything. No one is complete. So, intelligence is not a quality to feel proud
of, rather using it for goodness and success.
The other way confidence is the thing which increases with
every success, but to some extent it down with failure. So, to keep confidence
always higher one need to hope for best. Only hope can make confidence alive.
