Are you really ‪#‎Satisfied‬ from your work whatever you all are doing to getting a good job--> Your answer will be like this-> Of course yes! we are doing very hard work, but some guys don't know in which direction they are really doing?. And still Question is taking place---> We are not getting a single job in bangalore. So always trying to say i am not getting a single call, or blaming on HR, Company... Well why is it so?..?...
I just wanted to let you know one thing to you all---> ‪#‎Do_not_do_Hard_work‬ bcoz it will pay nothing, ‪#‎Do_only_Smart_work‬, then only you will get as per your acceptance... As we all knows bangalore is the ‪#‎IT_Hub‬ of our country, And basically ‪#‎IT_Industry‬ requires only smart peoples... 
> Hard_Work-> more than our ‪#‎Ability‬.
> Smart_Work-> As per our ability.
Some guys says Like this---> One of my friend got placed in Oracle/HP/Accenture, or top notch MNCs. Don't know why they got selected even they was not aware about program of ‪#‎Hello_Word‬. I don't know what the shit happened with that company in which my friend is working right now. #Conclusion will be-> #Useless_fellow. Each & every one has same problem?... Guys before thinking this just think what type of qualities they had or how much different they was from you.
Guys if you will think like this only then it shows your -ve mentality, -ve attitude nd etc etc...
According to me those who are still struggling for his/her first job then don't think about it all and don't frustrate, don't keep negativity in yourself. just through it outside and be cool and do smart work. 
Guys if you are getting frustrate, demotivate,...etc etc. Then don't decide to leave #Bangalore , bcoz bangalore is the only one place in india where each and everyone get good good job, either time has been up or not...
#Note-> First of all guys! Try to uninstall your whatsapp, wechat, ...etc etc. Bcoz this such type of native applications is wasting your lot of time, and you have to accept it. Do use only Facebook in the purpose of #Walk-in details...
And Try to leave your #Girlfriends / #Boyfriends till you do not get a good job. Coz (money+time) both are wasting, in such manner we all knows "its very difficult but DO CHOOSE YOUR JOB/Other Activities".
